(on the steps of the Old Post Office) The Miami Outboard Quartet features bandleader Jaui Schneider on keys and bass, Loye Hawkins lead vocalist, Elvis Taylor on drums, and Robert Montes De Oca on guitar, creating the smooth jazz that brings to mind times when you could find it everywhere, and now here. THIS IS A FREE CONCERT thanks to Street Stages Downtown. The band was initially established at the onset of the pandemic to provide a safe and outdoor venue for professional musicians to come together and share their talents. Schneider is the composer of “La Cuna” which was recorded by Ray Barretto and Sheila E.  He has also accompanied Carmen Lundy, Phyllis Hyman, Buddy Rich, and recorded with Roberta Flack and Tinny Tim. FREE Concert!
