MILES LENNOX is a Jazz pianist/keyboardist, composer, producer, recording and touring artist from Sunrise, Florida. We have watched Miles Lennox grow up since he started taking piano lessons at age 7 with All That Jazz’s house pianist Jim Petullo 18 years ago. Miles (now 25 years old) graduated from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music and just completed his Master’s Degree from the elite Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz at UCLA on a full scholarship. Only 6 students were selected in the entire world and only 1 piano player. And Miles was chosen! Miles was the winner of the 2019 Essentially Ellington Big Band Composition Contest where his composition, “Open Windows”, was performed and recorded by the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. Lennox was a 2020 Young Arts finalist in Jazz Piano/Composition and was selected for the 2022 Betty Carter Jazz Ahead program led by Jason Moran at the The Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Miles Lennox also released his debut album, “Something to Say”, which features 11 original compositions. Miles has performed with artists such as Sean Jones, Stefon Harris, Brian Lynch, Jon Faddis, Patrick Bartley, Wynton Marsalis, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Wycliffe Gordon, Victor Goines, Nat Adderley Jr., Curtis Lundy, Bobby Watson, and numerous others. Miles currently lives in Los Angeles and spends equal time in New York City as well as touring and performing nationally and internationally. (Sunrise)
