Charu Suri, pianist, will play in a FREE Concert on August 4th at 6:00pm in  “All That Jazz: A Sonic Journey Through India” as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series, a FREE, weekly concert series presented by the Ocean Drive Association. Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chair to stake out your seat on the lawn. Showtime is at 6:00 PM. (Not all the shows are Jazz, but when they are they are featured here!)  Charu Suri will be the featured artist for the evening and Arsenio Diaz will open the show with a performance on the sitar, an ancient and extraordinary musical instrument. Pianist and composer Charu Suri is one of the few female composers from India to perform work at Carnegie Hall.

These events (every Sunday!) are free and open to the public — and will take place in Lummus Park between 14th Street and 14th Place. Bring your chair, blanket, and picnic – ENJOY! Rainy-day location is inside The Betsy Hotel! This program is part of the weekly Promenade Sunday Concert Series generously underwritten by The City of Miami Beach, The GMCVB and The Ocean Drive Association. Parking is available in lot nearby. Valet parking is available at the Betsy Hotel. We like masks if you do. (Miami Beach)
